Smaart “What’s New & Ask Us Anything” Online Session
This is a Level 1 session, hosted by Rational Acoustics and led by lead instructor Jamie Anderson and others from the Rational Acoustics team.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Do you have questions on Smaart you have always wanted to ask? Whether you are a power-user or just getting started, you may be seeking answers or simply tips on improving your skills as a Smaart operator. Here is your opportunity!

The session starts with an update on recent features and support topics before responding to Smaart questions submitted by participants. The What’s New & Ask Us Anything online session features a panel of Smaart instructors to respond directly to your questions and dig deeper into topics you are interested in discussing.

As student/instructor interaction is critical to the success of the session, attendance is limited to 40 students.

ABOUT SMAART ONLINE LAB SESSIONS

Smaart Online Lab Sessions are in-depth presentations on select topics building upon the foundation established from the Smaart Operator Fundamentals course content. These sessions include demonstrations and in-depth discussions on the chosen topic. Each session will run between 90 minutes and 2 hours. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 40 attendees to enhance direct student-instructor interaction.

Smaart Online Lab Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Registered attendees will be emailed a session link and password, along with instructions for joining the session, approximately 48 hours prior to the session start time. Please be sure your computer and internet connection meet Zoom’s minimum system requirements and that your webcam and microphone are working prior to joining the session.

Smaart Online Lab Sessions are conducted live, and the sessions will not be archived for later viewing. Please be sure you are available to attend the session in-person prior to registering.

PREREQUISITES

Course is open to all interested persons. Prior measurement / system alignment experience is not required, but is helpful. This course does assume a working knowledge of professional sound system engineering practices and basic audio fundamentals. If you have any questions concerning course prerequisites, please do not hesitate to contact Rational Acoustics prior to registration.
