RATE REVIEW AND PRICING STRATEGIES (CM / RM) – LRO

Once you have a solid grasp of the fundamentals of revenue management, you’re ready to advance to the next level. This training is designed for Community Managers and Regional Managers who are either new to the team or looking to refresh their LRO skills. It also offers a great opportunity to cross-train Assistant Managers, helping them gain a deeper understanding of LRO and the factors that influence daily price changes.

Assistant Managers or Community Managers who are just starting the Rate Review process
Community Managers, Regional Managers, and Asset Managers who need a refresher on how to analyze recommendations for making strategic pricing decisions.

BILLING:

Training will be billed per your Revenue Edge contract.
Attendees who fail to cancel a minimum of 48 hours in advance will be billed.
Invoices will be delivered via email within 7 business days after the scheduled training date.
