Our speaker for this month's workshop is our Founder & CEO, Dr. Johanna Andrews Adlam.

In this interactive workshop, participants will activate their 2026 vision of excellence by setting meaningful goals for the Spring semester or the first two quarters of the year aligned with their vision, creating a springboard to success in the new year.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Review their vision of excellence for 2026.
Learn how goal-setting can help them achieve a productive, vibrant, and successful start to the new year.
Identify a list of SMART goals for the Spring semester or first two quarters of the year aligned with their vision of excellence.
Understand how to use the DIADS™ Monthly Planner to segment their Spring goals into monthly ones and adopt an intentional, holistic, and strategic approach to achieve them weekly.

You will also receive a Spring goal-setting worksheet during the workshop and access to Dr. Johanna's DIADS™ Monthly Planner for the structure you need to achieve your goals.
