Starting the New Year with Gratitude. Gratitude has one of the highest energetic vibrations. What were you grateful for last year? What would you like to bring with you into this year. What might have been difficult and blocking you from connecting with Gratitude? What do you want to let go off from last year? Often, old patterns from childhood or even past lives prevent us from connecting deeply with gratitude. When we allow gratitude, we transform our entire system. We create space for more abundance, love, healing, and manifestation. The stronger we resonate with the frequency of gratitude, the more we automatically manifest what we can be grateful for in our lives.

We will look at where we are holding on, release blockages, transform and awaken. We will look into, where and how we can manifest more gratitude into this year, and strengthen and bring more of the frequency of gratitude into our system.
