After the festivities, let's take a day to slow down and enter the coming year with purpose and reflection. Let's take stock of and offer gratitude to the gifts and challenges of 2025 as we move forward toward a new year of growth in 2026.

This one-day retreat will invite us into contemplation and action as we move into a posture of curiosity and acceptance of what lies ahead. We will use meditation, contemplative writing, creativity, and ritual to access our own internal wisdom, mindfully release what no longer serves, and set our intentions for the coming winter season.

This is a resolution-free workshop!

This workshop is the first of four seasonal workshops offered to help orient us toward the intuitive work of each season. The ensuing half day workshops are scheduled around the equinoxes and solstice.
