Online Proctored Exam:

We have a two-part proctoring system. You will log into zoom with a live proctor who will be there to assist and monitor the exam. From Zoom we will launch a secondary proctoring system in which the system captures, records, and detects possible violations.

The proctor will ask you to show your ID and Verification form.
The proctor will go over the procedures with you before you start the exam.
The Proctor will then give each student a link to start the exam. CLICK HERE FOR DEMO
The proctoring system detects eye movements be sure you are looking directly at the screen. When you use your calculator make sure you hold the calculator in the view of the camera (so we can verify you are using a calculator and not a cell phone)
The proctoring system and the live proctor is monitoring your video, audio, what browser tab or application you are on, and many other things. As you take the test: (i) Always look at the screen; (ii) Ensure that there is no noise around you; (iii) Do not move from this tab to a different tab/app. If the proctoring system detects that you may be doing something wrong, it will capture that as evidence. At the end of the exam, the proctor will review the evidence and determine if the exam is valid.

Requirments

You must have a working microphone and camera on your computer. Must be a computer, laptop, or tablet with a minimum of a 10-inch screen. No cell phones.

You must be on time for your exam. Once the exam starts you will not be able to log in.

You may use a basic four-function calculator- when using the calculator it must be in the view of the camera.

You must always be looking directly at the computer during the exam.
