Enterprise Coaching for Agility Bootcamp (ICP-ENT & ICP-CAT)

Course Description

The Enterprise Coaching for Agility Bootcamp is an accelerated, immersive learning experience designed for practitioners working beyond the team level who want to effectively guide enterprise-scale change.

This combined ICP-ENT (Agility in the Enterprise) and ICP-CAT (Coaching Agile Transitions) program is grounded in the Integral Agile Transformation Framework™ (IATF) and integrates systems thinking, leadership development, organizational change, and professional coaching competencies into a cohesive whole.

Rather than focusing on frameworks in isolation, participants learn to diagnose and influence complex organizational systems, work skillfully with human and cultural dynamics, and apply a coaching stance to enable sustainable business agility. The program emphasizes sense-making, real-world application, and reflective practice, preparing participants to engage effectively in enterprise coaching work and to continue their developmental journey.

This course is designed for experienced professionals who influence or lead organizational change, including Agile Coaches, Enterprise Coaches, Change Agents, Organizational Development practitioners, Transformation Leaders, Agile Leaders, Managers, Scrum Masters, and Internal Consultants.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this Bootcamp, participants will be able to apply enterprise agility principles across leadership, culture, structures, and value delivery; use the Integral Agile Transformation Framework™ as a diagnostic compass; identify systemic organizational impediments; understand human and cultural dynamics of change; apply professional coaching skills; and integrate enterprise agility and coaching lenses in preparation for advanced development.

Course Format

Duration: 1 Month (2x per week (3 hours each) for 4 weeks).

Delivery: Live virtual sessions
Live Sessions: 8 sessions × 3 hours
Total Learning Time: 35 hours

In addition to live instruction, the Bootcamp includes structured learning pods and guided practice that provide approximately 11 additional learning hours. Participants meet in small peer groups to apply course concepts, practice coaching skills, and explore enterprise change scenarios using guided prompts and reflection exercises aligned to ICAgile learning objectives.
