Reconnect with your body, cycles, and inner wisdom in a small, supportive circle of women. This 2-day retreat will gently guide you slow down, tune in, and feel fully present in your body and life.

Group size: Limited to 8–10 women

What You Will Experience

Over two days, you will:

Explore the stages of womanhood: puberty/menarche, motherhood, perimenopause, and menopause
Learn how your hormones, cycles, and inner seasons influence energy, mood, and life
Reconnect with your body through gentle movement, breathwork, and somatic practices
Participate in heart-opening cacao and rose tea ceremonies, designed to slow down, soften, and help you connect with your body and inner wisdom
Reflect and integrate experiences with journaling, guided meditation, and circle sharing
Experience sound healing with Mitra from Pyramids of Sound to support alignment, calm, and clarity
Share stories and wisdom in a safe, intimate circle of women
Receive a gift and nourishing meals (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea)

The cacao and rose tea ceremonies are gentle and grounding helping you pause, open your heart, and tune into your own presence, preparing you for the reflections and practices throughout the retreat.

By the end of the retreat, you will leave with:

Retreat Schedule

Day One – Entering the Circle

Focus: Puberty/Menarche and Later Life Stages

Begin your journey into the circle of womanhood
Explore early and later life stages — the beginnings of womanhood and the wisdom that comes with experience
Gentle movement, body awareness, and reflection exercises
Grounding practices to reconnect with your body and personal rhythm

Day Two – Full Circle:

Focus: Motherhood, Perimenopause, Menopause

Complete the circle of womanhood and integrate your experiences
Explore nurturing, growth, creativity, and energy shifts of midlife
Journaling, reflection, and somatic practices to support presence and empowerment
Closing ceremony to honor your journey and step back into life renewed

Investment

$400 for the full 2-day retreat (all meals, gift, and sound healing included)

Deposit: $150 to secure your place
Balance: Payable 1 week prior to the retreat
Payment plans available on request

Spaces limited to 8–10 women to ensure a personal and supportive experience.

Note: This is a day retreat —participants return home in the evenings.

Participation & Responsibility

Participants attending the face-to-face offering at their own discretion and responsibility. Matriarch Medicine and its facilitators are not responsible for individual experiences, interpretations, or outcomes arising from participation in this program.

Payments & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.

If full payment is made and you need to withdraw, the $150 deposit remains non-refundable, with any remaining balance refundable in accordance with these terms. This non-refundable portion covers venue hire, practitioner time, preparation, and materials included.

Facilitator Cancellation

If, for any reason, Katrina needs to cancel the program, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date.

Date Changes

All dates listed are correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as early as possible should any changes occur.
