Women’s Circle – A Community Space for Camaraderie & Growth

Join us in a supportive, heart-centered gathering where women of all walks of life come together to connect, reflect, and grow in a safe and nurturing environment. With hot tea and warm conversation, along with 20 minutes of gentle yoga stretching, this hour long meet-up is designed to help you relax, ground, and reconnect with your body.

Through guided conversation, shared experiences, mindfulness practices, and intentional rituals, we create space for authentic expression, deep listening, and relaxation. We invite you to slow down and reconnect with yourself and others.

You are welcome exactly as you are. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to show up. Bring a yoga mat and a towel if you have one, we have a few that you can borrow if needed.
