This is your monthly space for getting answers to your LeapCards questions.

Wheter you got a box of cards 10+ years ago, or you've only just encountered them online, this is the time for you to get your questions answered. Please join for the open and fun dialogue with quick answers and long detours as needed. For you to be certain to get your needs answered, please prepare short, specific questions - and be ready to paste them into the chat (or as a note onto a collaboration board - if we choose to go that route).

You can ask anything, perhaps something like this:

Are there any cards about making decisions?
I try to listen well; how do I balance active and empathic listening?
A team member is increasingly irritated, any good ideas?
How do I delegate to a person more senior than me?
On card ## I struggle with XyZ, any good advice?

The 90 minutes usually fly by, so we'll collect the prepared questions right after check-in. If there is something big that you think we need to prepare, please send an e-mail a few days prior to info@leapcards.net and we'll have the answer ready!
