Come together with Allison from Ali Way to Joy and Success, LLC and with your friends (or come alone and make some friends!) to make a mindfulness goodie bag! In our chaotic world, it’s lovely to have a bedside bag of reminders to stay grounded, curious, and to slow down in order to manifest our desires. Lovely as a gift to a friend or for oneself.

In addition to decorating your own bag, you will be filling it up with helpful goodies:

Mindfulness glitter jars
Dream boxes (boxes or cans we will decorate and then write out wishes and dreams to release them to the universe so they can manifest!).
Inspiring stickers and notes of gratitude or affirmations for confidence.
List of things you can do to add mindfulness techniques into your daily life
