In this Staff Wellbeing training we build a shared understanding of wellbeing and distil positive steps the individual staff members, teams and the School can take to build the wellbeing of staff. This will include acknowledging these unique times post-COVID, floods and fires. This training has become critically important to school staff in ensuring their own wellbeing is a priority.

The overarching theme for the day “What can l do for myself, what can l do for others, what can others do for me?” Wellbeing doesn’t happen in isolation but through relationships and interactions. Self Care – taking personal responsibility for wellbeing. The training covers self-care and personal responsibility for wellbeing and then looks at staff wellbeing across teams and staff wellbeing across the organization/school.
