We have free, outdoor community organization booth spaces available outside The Mill at CFSOTA or on the Masonic Amphitheatre grounds during our upcoming MayFaire on Saturday, May 2, 2026. We would love to have your organization join us for the day to get the word out in the community about who you are and what you do!

The booth space being offered is primarily for promotional use, but it is fine to accept donations and/or sell merchandise directly related to your organization.

Here are some other details:

Organizations will have one 10x10' outdoor space.
Electricity is not provided.
Booth needs to be staffed for all event hours, 10 am-6 pm, on Saturday, May 6.
You must provide your own display items as needed (tent, tables, chairs, shade umbrella, etc). If you use a tent, you MUST have sandbags or other heavy weights to hold down your tent. These are required for safety reasons.
