This virtual training course is designed to introduce adult volunteers to the organizational basics of Job's Daughters International and to provide the necessary training to give our members a safe environment in which to grow and thrive. This training course is the first step in the process of becoming a Certified Adult Volunteer with Job's Daughters International.

The virtual CAV Training takes approximately three and half to four (3) hours. The exact length of the class can vary due to class participation, questions and other factors. To participate in the training you must have a computer with a video camera as the class utilizes the Zoom app. You are required to be in attendance and on camera for the entire class.

Following the conclusion of this class you will be required to take an online Mandatory Reporter Training Class. This can be taken at your convenience and at your own pace. It generally takes approximately two (2) hours to complete. Please note that both the virtual CAV Training and the online Mandatory Reporter Training Class must be completed before you can receive your CAV status.

This class does have a limit on the number of participants. Registration will not be accepted when a class is full. If the class is full, you can select the waiting list option to be notified if a spot opens. If you can longer attend the class, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class.

The Zoom link and other class information will be sent after registration is complete. The Zoom link can only be used by the person registered.
