Health Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Mindfulness Educator and Personal Trainer

With over 20 years of experience in the career field of wellness and movement, her current health focus pertains to helping clients with clean eating and choosing more of a natural approach to health and healing with then guiding clients to seeking any further resources needed for their goals. Her teaching philosophy thrives from yoga, this ancient healing practice knowing we will always be learners, growing and thriving on our path to achieve optimal health.
