Very few examine the one who is doing it.

When facilitation comes from separation — from the sense of “me” guiding “you” — it may look skillful, but it remains limited. Something subtle is off. The space is managed rather than truly open.

This work is grounded in non-dual awareness — the recognition that there is not a separate facilitator working on a separate client. From this ground, facilitation is no longer something you do. It is something that moves through you.

And this is what you are learning here — not techniques, but how to guide from awareness itself.

What We Explore

Day 1 — Where Are You Coming From?

We look directly at:

The identity
Subtle self-image and role-playing
Personal agendas and unconscious motives
The difference between presence and persona
Facilitating from self vs facilitating from awareness

Day 2 — Getting Out of Your Own Way

We explore the ways facilitators unknowingly interfere:

The need to fix or rescue
Avoidance of discomfort or intensity
Managing outcomes
Identify unconscious interference like rescuing, outcome-fixing, or performance
Fear of silence, not knowing, or depth

You’ll begin to see what it means to let facilitation move through you — rather than from you.
