📌 Course Description

Junior Tennis Program – Red Ball (Ages 5–8)

This junior program is designed for young players aged 5 to 8 years who are new to tennis or at an early stage of development.
Using the Red Ball system, sessions focus on building fundamental movement skills and basic tennis techniques in a fun, safe, and engaging group environment.

This is a term-based group course.

Sessions run once a week on the scheduled day and time shown above.

Sessions focus on:

Fundamental movement skills (balance, coordination, agility)
Basic stroke technique using Red Ball equipment
Hand-eye coordination and ball control
Rallying, simple games, and cooperative play
Building confidence, focus, and enjoyment of tennis

Classes are run in small groups to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.
