Join us for a 6-week program and take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through immersive sound bath experiences. Designed to promote deep relaxation, each session combines soothing tones from crystal singing bowls and chimes to calm the mind and restore inner balance. Allow sound and breath to guide you toward renewal.

No prior experience is necessary.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and a water bottle.

14+ days notice: Full refund minus $10 admin fee
13 days or less: No refund
