Step into a welcoming, interactive space and join us for a joyful dance experience open to all. This 4-week program invites you to move in the way that feels right for you, whether that means dancing freely or simply swaying to the music. All ages and all bodies are welcome.

Each session begins with a gentle opening circle to ground and connect, followed by a curated recorded playlist filled with uplifting, danceable music. Come as you are, celebrate yourself, and enjoy the freedom of movement in a supportive community setting.

Cancellation Policy:

14+ days notice: Full refund minus $10 admin fee
13 days or less: No refund

Registration Policy:

Waiver forms: Participants must complete and submit a waiver form.

Note: Forms will be emailed upon registration and available at the RCA on the first day of the program
