Organisations supervised by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) and the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten (CBCS) are expected to embed integrity within governance structures, risk management and internal controls.

Although AML/CFT guidelines may not explicitly prescribe formal whistleblowing mechanisms, effective internal reporting channels are increasingly regarded as essential components of sound governance and regulatory defensibility.

This masterclass examines how internal reporting and whistleblowing frameworks should be designed, implemented and documented as part of a robust integrity governance structure aligned with CGA and CBCS expectations.
