From meetings to emails and everything in between - learn tips and tricks to improve communication with participants, colleagues and managers. We'll cover different methods and types of communications and discuss what works best in different situations. We'll also discuss some of the usual barriers to good communication and how to overcome them.

Attendance recommended for all staff, required for everyone once.

It is held once per quarter online, the rest are in-person.

To receive training credit and a certificate of completion:

Cameras must be on and facing you. If your camera is not working, please notify the facilitator. Participants without an active camera will not receive a certificate.
Active participation is required. Our trainings are interactive and require engagement throughout the session.
Late arrivals: Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and will not receive credit.
Individual registration is required. Each participant must register through Corsizio to receive a certificate. Sharing a screen without registering will not qualify for credit.
