She’s Defense: Pistol I – Foundation is a women-only training experience designed to build real-world defensive pistol skills in a safe, structured, and empowering environment.

Whether you are brand new to firearms or looking to strengthen your fundamentals, this course will give you the foundation every responsible armed woman should have.

You will learn:

• The Four Universal Firearms Safety Rules

• Safe loading and unloading procedures

• Proper grip, stance, and recoil control

• Sight alignment and sight picture

• Breath control and trigger press

• Trigger reset and follow-through

• Shot accountability and defensive mindset

• Controlled, accurate shooting at 3–7 yards

• Range safety and real-world responsibility

This course fulfills the Florida training requirement for a Concealed Weapon or Firearm License (CWFL) under Florida Statute 790.06.
