Course Overview: Discover the art of quiche in this hands-on culinary workshop celebrating Caribbean and Canadian inspired flavours. Guided step by step, participants will prepare two signature quiches, one vegetarian and one featuring meat, while building confidence in essential techniques such as crafting flaky pastry from scratch, creating silky well-balanced custards and developing deeply savoury fillings. The class also includes a live demonstration of a classic potato hash with plantain and salted cod, introducing a vibrant Caribbean twist that complements the quiches beautifully. Whether you are looking to expand your culinary repertoire or refine foundational pastry skills, you will leave with new techniques, flavour inspiration and recipes you can recreate at home with ease.

This course takes place at the Belleville Campus: 376 Wallbridge Loyalist Rd, Belleville, ON K8N 5B9. An email with additional instructions will be shared closer to the start date.
A refund (less $20.00 administrative fee) will be issued if you withdraw from a class 14 days before the start date of the class. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
If a course is cancelled by Loyalist College, registered students will be provided with a full refund. College decisions to cancel a course will be made 14-days before the class start date.
