Kids Yoga + Playtime at The Bright Spot!
Best for ages 2–5 and their caregivers

🦋 Join us for a playful, heart-centered experience where families can move, breathe, and connect together!

We’ll begin with a 35-minute kids yoga class filled with movement, music, stories, and simple mindfulness practices designed especially for little ones.

After yoga, families can stay and enjoy 25 minutes of open playtime at The Bright Spot—a chance for kids to explore, play, and continue the fun together!

This class is:

• Designed to build calm, confidence, and connection through yoga and mindfulness
• Supportive, playful, and accessible—no yoga experience needed

Yoga mats are provided! Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move and play together.
