Fused Glass Spring Panel

Monday, March 30: 5-7:30 PM

In this fused glass workshop with artist Mandy Sirofchuck, you'll learn how to cut simple shapes in glass to make a sweet bunny OR lamb panel, 4” x 6”. You'll also have the opportunity to embellish your pieces with glass frit (crushed glass). A wooden base will be available to stand your piece, or you may choose to add holders for window hanging. This is a beginners' class and an introduction to some basic glass principles that can help prepare you for future classes! Your projects will be ready to go home 2-3 days following the workshop. All materials and tools are provided. Ages 14 and up.

Please Note:

Tuition is due with registration unless other arrangements are made. If you cancel 0-7 days before the class start date, we are able to refund your tuition ONLY if we can fill your space from our waitlist. We are not able to issue partial refunds or transfer your registration to another class. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot under ANY circumstances refund your tuition once you have started the classes.
Art is a messy business! Please bring an apron or wear work clothes and shoes that can get dirty with clay/paint/etc. Closed shoes required when working with glass.
Leave your rings, smartwatches, and jewelry at home. Main Exhibit Gallery & Art Center is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
We ask that you pick up your projects within 2 weeks of your notification that they're ready. We have so many classes that our space can get quite full with students' work!
