Piping & Pastels, An Intro to Cake Decorating

Let's have some fun in this beginner friendly cake decorating class with CIA Graduate & Pastry Chef Julia Reddan! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to fill a piping bag and receive instruction on basic piping techniques using a custom template. Learn how to tint buttercream using professional gel colors to achieve soft shades without thinning out your frosting.

This workshop is offered with two options:

Piping Template & Piping Instruction (no cake included) to learn the basics along with unlimited use of tools and buttercream.

A 5", two-layer Vanilla Cake to take home, Piping Template & Instruction along with unlimited use of tools, buttercream, edible glitter, and decorating materials to complete your cake in a dreamy pastel palette. Cake box will be available to transport your cake home with you.
