Consolidated Wellbeing Practices Training for Student Wellbeing Coordinators/Leaders of School Wellbeing. Leaders of School Wellbeing include Principals, Deputy Principals, Heads of House, Year Level Coordinators, Sub School leaders.

This training is recommended for everyone who undertakes a wellbeing role in schools. WISA recommends you commence with the Essential Basic Training (Level 1) before commencing this more advanced training (Level 2) which builds upon and further consolidates and deepens the learning, skills, knowledge and resources. There is a third and final training Sustaining Wellbeing Best Practice (Level 3).
Consolidating Wellbeing Practices Training includes the following: Building Thriving Relationships across school communities; Wellbeing Coordinator & Wellbeing Team roles and responsibilities; Progressing a Strategic Whole School Community approach to Wellbeing – evidence informed best practice tools and resources for your journey; Step by Step Checklists; Most Effective Bullying Interventions and Scripts; Distributed Leadership of School Community Wellbeing; Guiding School Wellbeing Operations; School Family Community Partnerships; Social and Emotional Learning School-wide Implementation; Self-Care tools. Australian and international best practice tools, resources and approaches are shared, including school wide strategies to aid recovery from the pandemic and natural disasters and help build student and staff wellbeing.
