Let's have some fun in this beginner friendly cake decorating class with CIA Graduate & Pastry Chef Julia Reddan! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to fill a piping bag and receive instruction on basic piping techniques using a custom template. Learn how to tint buttercream using professional gel colors to achieve soft shades without thinning out your frosting.

This workshop includes:

A 5", two-layer vanilla cake
Piping template & instruction
Unlimited use of buttercream, tools, and decorating materials to complete your cake in a dreamy pastel palette.
