Cancer brings up a lot of feelings — and it is not always easy to know what to do with them.

This 60-minute workshop gives you space to slow down and actually explore what you are feeling. Through reflection questions and simple interactive exercises, the session draws on two A Fresh Chapter tools — Holding Space and Living in Contradiction / Acknowledging Dark and Light — and a framework for noticing and naming what you are carrying. You will walk away with something you can use that same day. Some participants may recognize these tools; others will be discovering AFC's approach for the first time.

This workshop is open to anyone affected by cancer — people in treatment, after treatment, caregivers, advocates, and family members.
