Why Tennis?

Tennis is a great way to for juniors develop coordination, teamwork, and fair play—skills that help in all sports (and even in the classroom!). It improves balance for ballet, footwork for football, speed for swimming, and concentration for schoolwork.

Our adult players will have a great time, learn or improve a new skill and make some great friends!

Sessions are delivered in a group format, with plenty of activity and variety. Everyone’s involved, learning together, and getting the most from each session through shared experience and support.
