This isn't just stretching as you know it, it's full a spectrum mobility and healthy range of motion practice designed to improve your movement system, boost circulation, and release deep tension.

We create a mind-body connection during each class by integrating breath and visualization at the beginning, end, and throughout the hour of movement. The main section of the class will have a mix of the following: slow static stretches, active and dynamic stretches, myofascial release techniques, joint range of motion work, low impact power work, balance and coordination movements. This class is for all bodies and experience levels. You will leave feeling fluid, grounded, regenerated and realigned.
