Join us at Newtown Fitness Beechworth for the 5th Edition of the Newy Classic!

Options for lifting include:

3 Lift: Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.

Push/Pull: Bench Press and Deadlift.

Bench Only: Bench Press.

Juniors 14-17
Opens 18-39
Masters 40+

This event will be scored using DOTS (this is a coefficient which we can use to compare people using their bodyweight and the weight that they lift). We do this in lieu of weight classes in order to promote more competition between competitors.

Lifters will need to be at the gym from 10am (at the latest 11:15am) in order to weigh in and warm up.

We are aiming to kick off the opening lifts at 12pm and to wrap things up around 4-4:30pm and have some food on the deck!
