Whilst it might be the same sport, coaching tennis to adults is very different to coaching children. Adults come with different experience, different skills and different motivations, and they want different things from tennis. In this webinar Rich will unpack the things which coaches need to know and do to be successful when working with adults,, and will provide you with a set of clear guidelines for you to take away and implement in your adult coaching.

ABOUT YOUR PRESENTER

Richard is a founder and Director of inspire2coach, a UK-based tennis provider. He is an LTA level 5 coach, who has worked with players of all levels. Before forming inspire2coach, Richard managed tennis programmes at some of the UKs largest commercial clubs, which including large adult memberships, coaching and competition programmes. Rich also worked for many years training the team of coaches who deliver the adult tennis programme at HVS in Helsinki, Finland, one of the largest tennis clubs in Europe. He continues to consult and train coaches at tennis facilities around the world, most recently at the prestigious TATOI club in Athens, Greece. He is also a Global Cardio Tennis trainer.
