Essential oils can support us in many ways, due to their diverse chemistry. Throughout this workshop we will explore essential oils to support sleep, stress, anxiety, mental wellbeing, also peri menopause, menopause and our skin condition. All of these can feel off kilter or out of balance at various times in our lives.

You will all be creating your own unique and personal 2 blends, to use at home, depending on what you’re wanting to get from this workshop.
