We’ll begin with a brief guided breathing exercise to help center our minds and focus our energy. Participants will then explore a guiding question or personal intention through neurographic doodling, coloring, and creative expression. Using AI technology, you'll transform your artwork into a beautiful visual canvas that can be printed and framed as a meaningful reminder of your dreams and aspirations.

Part stress relief, part mindful coloring, and part graphic art, this unique experience will leave you inspired by what can be created when imagination, intention, and technology come together.
