TALENT INNOVATIONS FEEDBACK FORUM

BEYOND THE REPORT: How AI Can Turn a 360 into a Development Journey

From feedback event to sustained behaviour change — using AI companions, coaching prompts and personalised follow-up.

Led by Elva Ainsworth

Most 360 feedback processes still follow the same pattern they did twenty years ago: gather feedback, produce a report, hold a debrief, and hope something changes.

Yet we know that insight alone rarely leads to lasting behaviour change. The real challenge is not helping people understand their feedback. It is helping them stay engaged with it long enough to act on it.

In this practical webinar, we'll explore how AI is changing what happens after the report. From personalised coaching prompts and reflection tools to AI companions that support development over time, new technologies are making it possible to extend the impact of 360 feedback far beyond the traditional debrief.

We'll share examples of what is working, where the limitations remain, and how practitioners can combine AI and human expertise to create deeper, more sustainable development journeys.
