AI-Native Foundations + Value Architect Bundle

From AI Fluency → Delivering Measurable AI Value

AI won’t replace professionals.

But professionals who understand AI — and can turn it into business value — will replace those who can’t.

AI is no longer optional. But knowing about AI is not enough, and most AI initiatives never make it past the proof of concept.

Organizations need professionals who can:
👉 Understand AI
👉 Apply AI to real work
👉 Turn AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes

This bundle combines two Scaled Agile certifications into one end-to-end learning path.

What This Bundle Delivers:

AI-Native Foundations Certification: Build your AI foundation — demystify AI, LLMs, RAG and agents, prompt with confidence, practice responsible AI, and redesign one of your own workflows for immediate impact.
AI-Native Value Architect Certification: Learn to identify valuable AI opportunities, evaluate feasibility and risk, guide solutions from concept to production, and demonstrate the value delivered.

The Learning Journey

This is not two separate courses. It’s a progressive capability model:

1- Understand AI (Foundations): You move from AI curiosity → AI literacy

Redesign one of your own workflows with AI

3- Deliver AI Value (Value Architect): You move from AI capability → AI value

By the end, you will:

Understand how AI fits into your organization
Use AI to improve productivity and decision-making
Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities
