Join me for a one-hour Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Experience, where you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation and renewal. Through supported restorative yoga poses, the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, delicate chimes, healing crystals, and a calming guided meditation, you'll have the opportunity to quiet the mind, soften the body, and nourish the soul.
