Our Under 3 program is geared towards our littlest players. We’ve developed basic exercises to introduce our participants to the sport of ball hockey while keeping it fun and exciting.

Throughout the 12 week program our players will learn how to hold a hockey stick, proper hockey stance, basic stick handling, passing and shooting. Each session will focus on teamwork, having fun, building friendships, and gaining an understanding of basic ball hockey rules.

All sessions will consist of warm-up and stretches, basic important safety rules, hockey exercises and drills, fun games, story time, stickers and a team cheer.

Equipment requirements:
All participants are required to have the following equipment prior to entering the playing floor:

- Appropriately sized hockey stick
- Indoor sneakers
- CSA approved helmet with a cage or full face shield
- CSA approved gloves
- Shin pads
- Knee pads
- Elbow pads (optional but highly recommended)
- Water bottle (long nozzle bottles are recommended)
- Labels – all your child’s equipment should be label with your their name. We will provide a name label for your child’s helmet.
