Join Christy Lin of Yoga in DeMun for a yoga class intended for all levels. As summer arrives, many of us are carrying the weight in our shoulders, minds, and body. This session is an invitation to slow down so you can be present. Through gentle movement, breathing, and guided inner awareness, we will work together to release tension held in the body, quiet the thinking mind, and reconnect with the spaciousness that already lives within you. No experience necessary, Just you, your breath, and an hour to come home to yourself. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat!
