Do presentations make you feel anxious or overwhelmed? In this training, you’ll explore the roots of your presentation fear and learn practical ways to reduce its impact. Through gradual exposure and physical awareness, you’ll understand how anxiety works, how it affects your body, and how to manage it. The goal is to help you approach presentations more calmly, clearly, and confidently.

Important to know

Set aside about 30 minutes each day for exercises and journaling. You’ll share your weekly experiences during the group sessions.
This training requires time and focus. We advise against combining it with other training or group sessions.
We count on you to attend all meetings. This ensures continuity in your personal development and supports a safe, consistent group dynamic. If you cannot commit to all sessions, consider joining a future training that better fits your schedule.
