Have you reached a point where your pots have stopped growing larger and are only growing heavier?

In this 2.5 hour workshop you will learn various wheel throwing techniques for creating larger vessels, without requiring great body strength.

This workshop is suitable for those with intermediate to advanced clay experience and can comfortably centre and throw up to 2kg+ of clay.

Please bring:

Apron/old clothes/overalls (as you will get clay on you!)
Old shoes to wear
2 to 3 bats for throwing on
An old towel for your hands and lap

Material costs are included in the workshop fee, firing is not included. The intention of this workshop is to learn and explore, not necessarily to produce. If however, you create a piece you’d like to finish, Ata will fire the work produced during this workshop for an additional fee. Please make payment on registration to confirm your spot.

Refund Policy :
