Live Well: Holistic Wellness & Sound Bath

Take some time out to relax, unwind, and discover the benefits of holistic wellbeing at this calming wellness evening. We'll begin with an engaging talk exploring holistic therapies, how they work, and the many ways they can support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Whether you're completely new to holistic practices or looking to deepen your understanding, you'll leave with practical insights and inspiration to support your own wellness journey.

Following the talk, you'll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing you to switch off, recharge, and enjoy a moment of calm in a peaceful and welcoming environment. Please bring a yoga mat to lie on if you have one, along with a pillow and blanket if you'd like to get extra cosy. We also recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience. We will have a few spare mats if anyone needs one.

This event is completely free to attend thanks to funding from Point North's Enriching Later Lives Fund, which supports activities that help people make healthier lifestyle choices and improve their wellbeing, enabling them to live healthier, happier lives in later years.
