Keep on Dancing – 6-Week Program

Join us for six sessions of music, movement, and fun! Do you miss those days of dancing to your favourite songs and simply enjoying the freedom to move? This program offers a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can move as much or as little as feels right for you. There are no steps to learn and no experience required—just an opportunity to reconnect with your body through dance in a supportive environment. Each session begins with a brief opening circle followed by a playlist of danceable music. All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and inside shoes or dance in bare feet.

Cancellation Policy:

14+ days notice: Full refund minus $10 admin fee
13 days or less: No refund

Registration Policy:

Waiver forms: Participants must complete and submit a waiver form.

Note: Forms will be emailed upon registration and available at the RCA on the first day of the program

If the RCA does not meet the minimum registration requirement for this course. The course may be cancelled or postponed. We will notify each participant registered.
