Trauma can leave lasting echoes in the body, shaping the way we breathe, respond, and experience the world. Rongomamau offers a compassionate pathway that begins not with fixing what is broken, but with reconnecting to the part of ourselves that has always remained whole.

In this online wānanga, we explore how breath, presence, and Orooro can support the journey towards safety, balance, and healing. Through gentle Rongomamau practices, participants will learn how to cultivate inner steadiness and reconnect with their natural state of harmony.

What we will move with:

Understanding trauma through the lens of Orooro
Recognising how trauma is held within the body
Working with breath to restore a sense of safety and balance
Cultivating Maorooro as a practice of calm presence
Remembering the part of yourself that has never lost its harmony
This is not about erasing the past. It is about coming home to yourself.
