For the last few months most requests for help have been from people suffering from stress, burnout and disharmony in relationships. Therefore Umutakarangi has created a 7 Day harmony Journey to help you to guide yourself back to alignment and start finding your peace.

We have made this journey open to non members as well as our Pia of Rongomamau. This is a simple daily practice designed to help you return to balance through listening, breath, gratitude, kindness, nature, reflection and Maorooro.

Each day there will be a guided practice that will include:

Listening to the world around you and what it speaks to you
Choosing words that heal and uplift
Giving thanks
Offering kindness
Using Maoorooro to settle yourself
Reconnecting with nature and
Reflecting on what it means to live in harmony

Rongomamau is an ancient Māori martial and healing art that teaches balance within the body, the breath, the mind, the emotions and the way we walk through life. This seven day journey is an invitation to experience a small piece of that wisdom for yourself.

Not by trying to change the world.
