These CPR Re-Certification sessions are designed as a way to make it easy for staff to get recertified in a quick and efficient manner, goal is 15 minutes or less.

In order to be able to provide this, there may be some pre-work needed on your part, depending on how comfortable you are with the material. All of the sessions are being handled as Basic Adult and Child CPR/AED Challenge Courses, which means it will only be the hands-on portion.

The purpose of a challenge course is to provide participants with the opportunity to demonstrate knowledge and skill competency outside of a formal class setting. Participants have the sole responsibility to prepare for the knowledge and skill evaluations. During the challenge course, participants much demonstrate competency in all aspects of the course without coaching from the instructor. You will be required to show that you can perform a CPR/AED Scenario without coaching or cueing.
