Virtual Mat Pilates in the Barn

Join me for a welcoming virtual Mat Pilates class streamed live from my barn, where we'll focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and creating a deeper connection between mind and body.

Whether you're brand new to Pilates or have years of experience, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Each session offers options and modifications so you can move at your own pace while safely challenging yourself. Through intentional movement, mindful breathing, and controlled exercises, you'll develop core strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and leave feeling more balanced and refreshed.

All you need is a yoga or Pilates mat, a theraband, a small pilates ball, a magic ring, and a small space to move. Come as you are, and let's build strength, confidence, and flexibility together—one class at a time.
