A seasonal practice inspired by the meridian system, with movement, breath, and mindful awareness to encourage the smooth flow of Qi (chi) and blood throughout the body. We’ll move from the lungs down through the feet, helping you reconnect with your body and create a sense of warmth, circulation, and groundedness as we move through the fall.

All levels are welcome.

Class Reminder:

Please bring your own yoga mat and any supportive props or items you may need to practice comfortably and safely, especially if you have an existing injury.

(More from Yoga in DeMun: Christy has generously agreed to offer this free yoga class for our Health and Wellness Series. In exchange, she will also be teaching a paid weekly class in the Fellowship Hall at 7 PM on Wednesdays throughout June. To register for that class, and pay the $20 fee, visit yogaindemun.com.)
