supportive flowing Dru Yoga movements
a relaxed dance warm-up

All abilities welcome and all materials supplied (you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and journal if you wish). Juice, chai, herbal tea and snacks will be served.

Please arrive five to ten minutes before session begins & wear loose &/or layered clothing.

If paying cash on the day (65 or 60 concession), please use CASH coupon to register.

Please email to make a date for a tailored ReNEW session (with or without a creative/reflective activity); this offering is designed for a minimum of three people.
